However, it led to me being late for work (which means I had to make up the time and stay late). In order to reach my breakfast, I pulled out my soup. The container slipped from the lid, hit my desk, and splattered everywhere. My husband worked late. My son burned dinner. I'm surprised I have any word count at all.
